Fast for 16 hours - Enjoy for 8 hours

Intermittent fasting prioritises the fasting rhythm. The fasting phase allows the body to continuously burn fat without constant replenishment. The most popular method is the 16:8 approach, where you can eat healthy, sugar-free, protein-rich food with plenty of vegetables and low-sugar fruits within an 8-hour window, followed by a strict 16-hour fast starting ideally at 6 p.m. Ample sleep is important, as is drinking water and tea. Black coffee without sugar is also recommended due to its appetite-suppressing effects. This fasting variant is supported by exercise and physical activity.
