In the southwest of Sri Lanka, in the coastal town of Bentota and directly on the beach, the family-run Amal Beach Hotel awaits you for pure relaxation with a view of the protected sandy beach and the palm meadow. Culinary highlights can be experienced in the open specialty restaurant, relaxing treatments at the sister hotel Amal Villa.

Adjacent to the Amal Beach Hotel is the "Amal Restaurant", renowned especially for its seafood specialties (at an additional cost). The open-air restaurant with sea view (also open to non-hotel guests) serves on two floors, in the garden, and on the beach. The ingredients for the Sinhalese, Indian, and international menus and à la carte dishes come from the local market or directly from local fishermen. Breakfast à la carte (international or Sinhalese), lunch, and dinner as a 3-course set menu. A candlelight dinner on the beach is possible once a week. For Ayurveda guests, meals are prepared individually according to the doctor's instructions.

Step into the Amal Ayurvedic, SPA & Yoga Center, constructed from clay, by crossing Galle Road and entering its sister hotel, Amal Villa. Here, you'll find 4 treatment rooms or opt for an outdoor session in the garden, enjoying the beautiful view and gentle breeze. Your daily Ayurvedic treatments, tailored to your therapy plan, may include herbal oil massages, Nasya sinus cleansing, Shirodhara forehead oil flow, inhalation, acupuncture, Ayurvedic sauna. Yoga and meditation are included for therapy guests, and available for a fee for those staying without a therapy plan. Manicure and pedicure services are also available (for a fee). SpaDreams guests are welcome to use the pool at the sister hotel, Amal Villa, upon request.

In the Amal Villa, an infinity pool with sun loungers and umbrellas in the garden showcases a breathtaking birdlife (please avoid direct sunlight after treatments). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available on the fine, long sandy beach, perfect for beach walks. Shopping trips to Bentota (by Tuk Tuk, at a fee). Leisure activities (at a fee) include cooking classes, boat tours on the Bentota River, water skiing, parasailing, excursions to the Sinharaja Rainforest, Udawalawe National Park, or Galle.
