A treatment plan will be individually tailored for you after the consultation. Depending on your dosha type, some treatments may be omitted and/or others added.

From 6 nights/7 treatment days, extension days including Ayurveda treatments

• Ayurvedic full board
• Ayurvedic beverages
• Initial and final consultation with an Ayurveda specialist, determination of doshas, setting of the treatment plan, daily care by an Ayurveda specialist if needed
• Daily Ayurveda treatments (approx. 3-5 per day) e.g., intensive, relaxation massage (partial/full body), Pinda Sveda herbal compress massage, Pichu oil cloth pain treatment, eye treatment, Shirodhara forehead oil pour, Nasya inhalation, steam, herbal bath

• Daily relaxation and exercise e.g., meditation (including In the Dark, Eyecandle), Pranayama, guided, partly also in nature (Walking Meditation), yoga sequences, blockage release, back/cardio training according to Doshas, morning hike
• Tea ceremony with guided self-lymph drainage (head, approx. 1.5-2 hrs.), Ayurveda cooking class, Ayurveda lectures, discussion rounds as available
• Use of bathrobe, Wi-Fi, infrared sauna, gym (by prescription only), Little Ayubowan
• Transfer from/to Bad Berleburg train station (upon prior registration)

For all programmes: Arrival by 11 a.m., departure in the afternoon, to fully receive the treatments on the day of arrival/departure (adjusted treatments, lunch included on both days). The treatment plan is tailored individually after the consultation, so treatments may be omitted or others added. Extension days include Ayurvedic full board and Ayurveda therapy day.

Individual extension days without Ayurveda can be requested.

Vitality & Energy Programme. Ideal for minor physical ailments, stress, and general exhaustion. A treatment plan will be individually tailored for you after the consultation. Depending on your dosha type, some treatments may be omitted and/or others added.

• Daily Ayurvedic treatments (approx. 3-5 per day) such as head/face massage, neck and back massage, foot massage, full body massage, Pinda Sveda herbal compress massage, Shirodhara forehead oil flow, Udvarthana herbal powder massage, eye treatment, Nasya inhalation, Pichu local pain treatment with oil cloth, Svedana steam bath, herbal bath

Intensive Ayurveda Therapy - for mild to chronic conditions and pain. A treatment plan will be individually tailored for you after the consultation. Depending on your type (Dosha), some treatments may be omitted and/or others added.

From 13 nights/14 treatment days, extension days including Ayurvedic treatments

• Ayurvedic full board
• Ayurvedic beverages
• Initial and final consultation with an Ayurveda specialist, determination of the constitutional type (Dosha) and setting of the treatment plan, daily care by an Ayurveda specialist as needed
• Daily Ayurvedic treatments (approx. 3-5 treatments per day, including on the day of arrival and departure, but not on the day of purgation) e.g., head and face, neck and back, synchronised, relaxation, intensive, foot and full body, herbal colon cleansing, enemas, Shirodhara forehead oil pour, Pinda Sveda (herbal poultice massage), Udvartana (herbal powder massage), eye treatment, Nasya inhalation, Pichu local pain treatment with oil cloth, Kati Vasti (oil retention with dough basin), Aashpa herbal bath, Svedana steam bath, among others
• 1x Ayurvedic cooking workshop
