The imbalance of the acid-base balance in the human body is often the cause of discomfort. A balance between acids and bases is required for normal metabolism. At the Organic & Wellness Hotel Alpenblick in Höchenschwand, delightful slimming is truly achievable! The principle is wonderfully simple. You will be served menus of up to four courses, rich in proteins and valuable plant oils, while carbohydrates and sides such as pasta, potatoes, or bread are omitted. Instead, enjoy vegetables, salads, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. Within 2 to 3 days, your metabolism adjusts, producing energy from fat metabolism for your daily needs, provided you strictly adhere to the served menus and refrain from indulging in sweets in between. Carbohydrates are not essential, meaning they are not vital for life. While one gram of carbohydrates per kilo of body weight is permitted, it's already present in vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and protein bread. The alkaline powder for morning and evening is crucial for your acid-base balance, as individuals with an acidic system cannot lose weight. Our tip: Participate diligently in the activity program and continue it at home!
