It&#8217;s a very <strong>delicious and healthy smoothie<\/strong> with the <strong>superfood &#8220;<em>Chia Seeds<\/em>&#8220;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Aztecs knew about <strong>the healthy effect<\/strong> of these little seeds. Chia Seeds have about <strong>8 times more Omega-3 acids<\/strong> as salmon and about <strong>15 times more dietary fiber<\/strong> as whole grain rice! And thats not all: they are also full of calcium, vitamin C, folic acid, minerals, magnesium and zinc. AND they can help you<strong>&nbsp;to lose weight<\/strong>, because you get <strong>less hungry<\/strong>&nbsp;when you add chia seeds to your diet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-177\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spadreams.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Bild1-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"recipe PinkDream Detox Smoothie\" width=\"277\" height=\"205\"><\/strong><strong>Here is the recipe for&nbsp;this great Detox Smoothie:<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup of blackberries<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup raspberries<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup of green tea (cold)<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup plain yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>strawberries and agave juice (to taste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To get the all the healthy components out of the chia seeds, you should mix them with approx 3-4 tbsp water and allow&nbsp;them to soak&nbsp;<strong>for at least 15 minutes<\/strong> &#8211; overnight would be better.<\/p>\n<p>Make the <strong>cup of green tea<\/strong> some time <strong>before making the smoothie<\/strong>, so it can cool down.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the <strong>chia seeds<\/strong>&nbsp;and the green tea with the berries and the yogurt into the blender and mix it.
