Located at the crossroads of three countries - Spain, France, and Andorra - the picturesque village of Prullans lies in the heart of the Pyrenees, in the beautiful Cerdanya Valley at an altitude of about 3,280 feet. Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Cadí mountain range from the hotel terrace. With more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, the valley is known for its exceptionally high duration of sunshine and its numerous natural parks.

Breakfast buffet at the "Arc Restaurant". In the evening, half board as menus with local organic foods and vegetables from the hotel's own vegetable garden, regional and international dishes. The garden's bar-bistro "La Jardinera" offers typical dishes like tapas or sandwiches, with a 3-course menu at lunch. The "KM Cerdanya" restaurant (on the campsite) features local products and a wide selection of dishes, e.g., pizza from the wood oven. Gluten-free, vegetarian diets, and other dietary requests upon inquiry. Picnic basket and to-go dishes for excursions can be pre-ordered (for a fee).

The Activity Center offers guided excursions into nature, snowshoeing in winter, and a variety of adventure/outdoor activities (for a fee). The surrounding villages, such as the tourist center Puigcerdà, the medieval village of La Seu d'Urgell, or Mont-Louis (UNESCO World Heritage Site), can be visited independently.
