The Original Schroth method, a vegan fasting program according to Johann Schroth, is a holistic, medically recognized natural healing method with a low-fat, low-salt and low-protein diet (full board diet approx. 650 kcal) that involves the whole person. Weight loss and detoxification lead to a new sense of well-being. It is considered to be an optimal preventative health measure and is ideal for diabetes, obesity, hyperacidity, lipometabolic disorders, high blood pressure and much more.
