The Spa Hotel Royal is located about 300 m from the therapy center, on a slope directly at the edge of the forest with a beautiful view into the valley. Location & Surroundings
Marienbad, known as the "Spa of the Forty Springs", is located in the southern foothills of the Slavkovsky Les range, in a hilly terrain, and has been attracting visitors from around the world for more than two centuries.

A stylish restaurant offering a selection of Czech and international dishes. Breakfast is served buffet style, while lunch and dinner are offered as a set menu or buffet (once a week). Diet-specific, slimming, vegetarian, lactose-free meals, and food combining (on medical prescription) are available. À la carte dishes upon request.

Our specialists and medical staff are dedicated to your well-being from Monday to Saturday, and there is also a 24-hour nursing service. Expect professional therapy based on Marienbad's natural remedies, as well as tranquillity in a positive, stress-free, and friendly environment.
A wide range of treatments: electrotherapy, exercise therapy, hydrotherapy, carbon dioxide baths and peat baths, classic and reflex zone massage, Java massage, paraffin and mud packs, inhalations of forest spring, oxygen therapy, spring gas baths, spring gas injections, Vitamin B therapy, acupuncture, light therapy (Solux, Laser), 24-hour "Holter" blood pressure monitoring, manual lymph drainage, Lymphoven, water aerobics, group and individual gymnastics, yoga (from 4 people). Tailored individual programmes. Own natural Balbin mineral spring: It improves the circulation of the body, the periphery, and the internal organs. It is also very suitable for the cardiovascular system. It is used for mineral baths due to its high content of CO 1300-1800 mg/m, mineral salts, and humic acids.
Indications: musculoskeletal disorders, back pain syndromes, joints. Conditions after accidents and orthopaedic surgeries. Diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract. Nonspecific respiratory diseases, asthma, chronic bronchitis. Diabetes, gout, obesity. Ideal as a rehabilitation measure after accidents, orthopaedic surgeries.
Contraindications: acute and infectious diseases, malignant ulcers during and after treatment with clinically detectable signs of disease progression, pregnancy, alcohol dependence, dependence on addictive substances, non-healing skin defects, inability to care for oneself and perform daily activities without the help of others, as well as inability to walk independently, incontinence.

The annual Chopin Festival in August. Operettas and concerts delight throughout the year. Beautiful spa park, a gem of garden architecture with a Neo-Baroque colonnade and Singing Fountain - a visual and musical delight, dance evenings.
Tepla Monastery - closely linked to the history of the town of Marienbad (approx. 12 km). Becov - Gothic castle, Renaissance palace, and Baroque chateau with the world-famous St. Maur reliquary - a Romanesque attraction from the early 13th century, 26 km from Marienbad. Loket - Gothic royal castle (Elbogen is a destination along the 'Castle Road' that leads from Baden-Württemberg through various German states and the Czech Republic to Prague). Kladruby Monastery - with Baroque basilica, one of the oldest Bohemian monasteries (approx. 45 km). Königswart Castle - Romanesque castle from the early 13th century, museum of history - listed on the European Heritage List. Night tours are among the most popular (approx. 11 km).
Active recreation: own tennis courts in the forest park, ski area, cross-country skiing. Walks in Marienbad - Marienbad is a city in a sea of green, every day you can find a new interesting hike. 18-hole Royal Golf Club Marienbad (approx. 3 km). Soos - nature reserve in the Eger basin. Protected are a bog, which has become internationally known for its natural mofettes and mineral springs (approx. 25 km).

The town of Mariánské Lázně exudes tranquillity. There are many hiking trails and beautiful nature. The air is very clean and you feel good. I recovered well and recharged my batteries.

The hotel is friendly and pleasant, as are the hotel staff, the restaurant and the medical staff. The treatments were good for me and were not stressful. The food was tasty and the choice was sufficient for me. There is no need to comment on the surroundings. The information boards about the history and nature should be updated. But that is not the hotel's responsibility.
