You felt a bit neglected in the spa area, which was separate from the "normal" restaurant, the tables were not so nicely set, there were not always candles, paper instead of cloth napkins and you could only guess the windows for the other guests the room was a convenient shortcut to the buffet. A bit like at the cat table. There was also the problem here, unfortunately, that the staff did not know their way around well, not all of them spoke good German, and the actual claim that you should be read before eating what was there only worked to a limited extent. Here, too, you could simply hand out a meal plan to each guest and then everything would be clear. I often had the feeling that the staff was overwhelmed and there were no clear processes. There was also no information that it was possible to take part in the "normal" breakfast buffet on the day of departure. I only found out by accident, because I had an 11-hour train journey ahead of me, I was very happy about the opportunity, maybe others, if they had known. And honestly, it is simply not possible to present the eggs in PLASTIK egg cups in a 5 * hotel.
