Very cozy, manageable, but also getting on in years!

As my English is very poor, one of the criteria for choosing the hotel was a German translator! Especially important medical consultations should be conducted in the same language. So I was assured of that in this hotel. I was not disappointed, even the other way around! The manager Janaka (we call him Jan) gave me a very warm welcome. He also introduced me to the world of Ayurveda. He explained a lot and of course presented the healing therapy program. Jan accompanied me/us the whole time in good German. Not only the Ayurveda, but also the general knowledge about the country, the customs and much more made my stay safer and more enjoyable! He gave us tips about shopping, transportation, excursions, etc. The rest of the team was also very competent and friendly!

The hotel unfortunately does not correspond to the rating of 4.5 stars, the bathrooms / shower cubicles urgently need to be cleaned, old mattresses, old pillows, old blankets, old sheets. A request to SpaDreams: please take a look at this condition yourself on site on occasion, I deliberately did not take any photos. The kitchen could also be redesigned. The hotel has a fantastic location, really a pity that the owner does not pay attention to these things.

Spa area was typical of the country, built with natural materials. The pool was a bit small, but completely adequate and very relaxing.

Location good, sound of the sea wonderful. Condition and cleanliness in the rooms with shower not up to our standard, but you know that when you travel to such countries. The room service was not good, something was always forgotten, you had to ask several times.

Janaka, the guest relations manager, was always present and approachable and looked after everything and every guest in an exemplary manner... The doctors, the therapists, the waiters and the cooks... were all very obliging.
