Located in the heart of the beautiful Ore Mountains, the family-run 4-star Spa Hotel at the Therapy Center places a high priority on well-being. The hotel is located in the cultural landscape of the Western Ore Mountains, approximately 500 metres from the 'Markus Semmler Mine'. The Ore Mountain Mining Region, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2019, offers not only breathtaking landscapes but also numerous charming mining towns and unique attractions such as museums, mines, charcoal burners, and natural monuments. The region is a paradise for active holidaymakers, with well-developed and clearly signposted cycle paths ideal for extensive bike tours in a captivating setting. The surroundings, with their rivers, reservoirs, and forests, can also be perfectly explored on foot.

The hotel at the Kurhaus is located in the recognised spa town of Bad Schlema, which became famous in the 20th century with the discovery of a radium spring. Since then, the town has gained prestige and offers numerous ways to spend the day. For example, in Bad Schlema, there is a mini-golf course, the AKTIVIST Cultural Centre, the Uranium Mining Museum, and numerous circular hiking trails. Additionally, the many viewpoints around the town offer a fantastic view of the Ore Mountains.

Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner à la carte. Half board (as a 3-course menu or buffet). Also available are vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, Ayurvedic, and gluten-free meals for special dietary needs (on request). Emphasis is placed on gentle and low-fat preparation of the food.

Ayurveda Center with an Ayurveda specialist and several well-trained therapists from Sri Lanka. Traditional, authentic Ayurvedic treatments of all kinds such as Abhyanga head, foot, and facial massages, anti-stress back massage with hot herbal stamps, Pinda Sweda (herbal stamp massage), or Ayurvedic herbal steam bath, as well as Ayurvedic therapies and Ayurvedic wellness programmes.

The Actinon Bath & Sauna Area is located directly opposite (about 50 m). Relax in various water pools, saunas, or the new wellness area. Numerous hiking trails nearby. Mini-golf and bicycle rental (approx. €4/day or approx. €32/day for an e-bike, with prior registration).
