The Ayurveda team: The Ayurveda specialist has acquired her training and knowledge from renowned Ayurveda masters, including the Academy of Ayurveda in India. She has been practicing for over 8 years and trains new Ayurveda therapists at "Jeevan Ayurveda" in the south of Tenerife. The international team of therapists she supports in her daily work has also completed their training under her guidance and received their diplomas. The Ayurvedic treatments with type-specific, original Indian oils (Pitta, Vata, Kapha), massages, and more, combined with Yoga and meditation sessions (led by an Indian Yoga teacher), are the core of the Ayurveda week. Ayurvedic meals complement the experience.
