Just about 400m from Lake Hévíz, the fully air-conditioned Hotel Európa Fit (non-smoking) is located in the heart of Bad Hévíz. The entire hotel has been completely renovated over the past three years.

Two quietly located, interconnected building sections in the midst of a large garden.

Dining & Leisure

"Citrus" in Mediterranean style, with show kitchen. Vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free light meals and diet cuisine. Half board: breakfast and dinner buffet or 3-course lunch menu. VinoBar, Café Mandarin, Grill Garden (summer). Often live music.

Wellness & Spa

Discover our expansive wellness centre and generous bathing landscape, all housed under one roof at the Vitalium Health Center. Experience traditional Hévíz treatments, beauty services, a laser center, laboratory, and private medical services including ultrasound diagnostics and a day surgery operating room.

Bathing area (approx. 700 sqm of water surface, open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Two thermal baths (approx. 34-36°C) in the quiet zone for adults. Adventure pool (approx. 30-32°C), children's paddling pool (approx. 32°C), whirlpool. In the garden: outdoor pool (approx. 26-28°C), Acapulco pool (approx. 270 sqm, in summer), and newly added: covered outdoor thermal pool (approx. 20 sqm, 35-36°C). Bali beds for ultimate relaxation! Modern sauna area (with sauna ceremonies at a charge): Finnish saunas, infrared sauna, steam baths, herbarium, panorama sauna. Fitness room, salt chamber, relaxation room. Extensive range of treatments and a diverse sports and exercise program!

Beauty

(Mon.-Sat. 9 a.m.-6 p.m., except Hungarian holidays): Facial and body cosmetics, manicure, pedicure. Hair salon. Products include Sothys, Rémy Laure. Mesotherapy: effective wrinkle treatment without surgery (face-neck-décolleté). Radiofrequency treatment: wrinkle reduction, skin rejuvenation and tightening.

Spa area

Vitalium Health & Beauty (Mon.-Sat. 8 a.m.-4 p.m., except on Hungarian public holidays). Massage pavilion (11 cabins). Traditional Hévíz therapy treatments with weight bath (new: suitable for 6 people), mud bath and mud pack, FDM fascia massage. Far Eastern massages e.g., Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, Yumeiho (combination of massage and chiropractic). Electrotherapy department. Hydrotherapy, balneotherapy, pelotherapy, kinesiotherapy, aerosol therapy, magnetic field therapy, oxygen therapy, ultrasound therapy. Kinesio tape, Bemer, Repuls, FDM (Fascial Distortion Model). Doctor on site, certified by TÜV Rheinland Medical Wellness Quality System Standard and Bureau Veritas Safe Guard Label.

Inflammatory joint and spinal diseases in the resting state (arthritis, polyarthritis e.g., PCP, spondylarthritis e.g., Ankylosing spondylitis)
Connective tissue rheumatism (diseases of the muscle and tendon bands)
Secondary joint diseases, such as those occurring in metabolic disorders (e.g., gout)
Disorders of the endocrine glands
Joint inflammations, joint and spinal deformations occurring with skin diseases (e.g., psoriasis)
Chronic, peripheral, nervous system-related, especially mechanically caused complaints (e.g., neuralgia, neuropathy, sciatica, polyneuropathy, paresis)

Pre- and post-treatment of joint operations, cartilage disc operations (post-treatment of intervertebral disc prolapses)

Contraindications: Tumorous diseases in the drug treatment phase, severe heart diseases, conditions after a heart attack, high blood pressure, venous thromboses, all acute and chronic infectious diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, hepatitis, etc.), active ulcers, hyperthyroidism, uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The hotel, the rooms, the food, everything was top! The spa area and the therapeutic treatments were also great. Of course, the Heviz thermal lake and the proximity to Lake Balaton contributed to our relaxing stay.

Arrival and departure went well. Spa hotel and catering were very good.

The hotel is in excellent condition. Very nice and modern furnishings. Great spa and very good therapeutic treatments. The food is very varied and was also very tasty for us. The location is optimal for a therapeutic stay (only 10 minutes to the thermal lake), but is oh just a one hour walk from the shore of Lake Balaton.
