Health and well-being start with the stomach, and the right diet is a central component of your Ayurveda therapy. Therefore, great importance is placed on a fresh and varied diet suitable for your doshas. Just like your Ayurveda therapy, the authentic Ayurvedic vegetarian cuisine is tailored to you daily.
Wellness & Beauty
Since 2023, there has been a new modern spa area featuring a relaxation room with a graduation tower, sea salt inhalation, foot baths, ice fountain, rain shower, and alternating herbal and Finnish sauna. There is a sun terrace and the opportunity to indulge in cosmetic treatments for the face and body. These include facial treatments, aromatherapy and classic massages, wraps (available daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. by appointment), Marma massage, private spa, individual sessions for yoga & meditation, and deep relaxation according to Jacobsen or breath therapy. These offers can be booked on request on site. A modern fitness room equipped with high-quality Technogym® equipment (treadmill, stepper, and bicycles, as well as a weight bench with dumbbells and a power tower, available daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.), is also available to hotel guests every day.
Ayurveda Center
Experience authentic, traditional Ayurveda at the Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda Health Center from Kerala, the homeland of Ayurveda in South India. An Indian Ayurveda specialist, along with warm and qualified therapists from the Indian headquarters, dedicate themselves daily to your well-being. Ayurveda is beneficial for many chronic conditions such as diabetes, rheumatism, and other pain syndromes. Daily yoga sessions under qualified guidance (private sessions available upon request, for a fee) and weekly Ayurveda lectures complement the authentic experience.

The world spa Bad Kissingen offers a variety of leisure activities and cultural offerings - from nearby tennis and golf courses to numerous hiking trails in the Rhön and unique musical culture.

Very nice team that tries to fulfill every wish. The hotel is a bit outdated, the spa area has been renovated. In the Ayurveda area, which is connected to the hotel by a passage, you feel very comfortable, everyone is extremely friendly. Pure relaxation.
