A huge thank you to everyone who made my stay so special last week. I arrived feeling tired and worn out but the gentle vitadetox programmes together with all the excellent walking, cardio and Pilates sessions restored my strength and energy levels in just a few days. Norma was wonderful, making exercise fun and passing the time with great chats and helpful insights as I continue to get stronger and follow an exercise programme back home. Helpful guidance was also provided by Anita who exudes calm positive energy and a role model to follow. Milan’s warm energy in the Fontana restaurant was just the right measure of friendliness and sensitivity. He is obviously a true professional, remembering everyone’s names and individual programmes. Anica was also gentle and her twinkling smile so welcome. I was so impressed by Janja and Andreja who were in constant and swift contact with the kitchen to facilitate any changes to my programme. My spa treatments were all wonderful with excellent care from Barbara and I have learnt so much from Marina snd her treatments. She was friendly with a lovely warmth and sense of humour, yet all the whole truly professional. The two Tui-Na treatments received from Mtja exceeded any other manipulation treatments I have ever had and I feel like I have a new body. I am now able to twist my back and the 4 week spasm improved after the very first session. It is still recovering but all the treatments, fun activities, fantastic food and beautiful walking in the forests gave me everything I needed to rest, reset, restore and revitalise both body and mind. Ana on reception and Amita on Spa reception were so helpful with every query I had and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone who made my start so easy and special and I hope to be back next year! show more

- The vita detox was excellent with juices served in a chilled, lounge style restaurant making even ‘eating’ juices a dining experience. The pools and other parts of the hotel are a little dated (80s style) but superbly maintained and everywhere was immaculately clean and comfortable.

- Vita detox gentle fasting exceeded my expectations! I feel rested, nourished and recharged with new habits to continue. The food after fasting was delicious and throughout the fast I never felt hungry, had no withdrawal headaches and enjoyed the wide variety of juices to choose from. I lost visceral fat not muscle or water.
