We had a very nice week. The hotel is modern and definitely 5 star standard. Both rooms and the restaurants are top. The pools are nicely laid out and beach chairs are sufficiently available. Unfortunately, the gym does not have 5-star standard. For me, there were many families with small children on site, which has partially reduced the dinner experience. show more

  Check in and out were easy and very friendly. Also in other areas we were always friendly / politely served.

  Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet in the main restaurant were first class, but partly loud because of the many little children. The specialty restaurants also kept what they promised. Only getting a table was sometimes difficult.
- Spa, treatment and pool area
  
  We did not use the spa area directly. The fitness area did not correspond to what you imagine. There were only a few devices available, which were then partly defective. The courses offered were good. The pool area is very nicely laid out and there is also a quiet adult area.
