the hostess of the reception was of a precious kindness. the cleanliness everywhere is very nice, the view from my room, the balcony, the pool, the beach, the restaurants, everything was great.

We could not do better.

Treatments

My big problem: I paid for a program with 1 day thalasso therapy (3 treatments), it was on my bill (what I thought!). And when I arrive the hostess tells me that it is not included in my file. And re-reading the bill it makes me notice that it must be "Dine Around" to benefit what was not my case. And if I wanted to change I had to pay 210 euros more! I think your offer is misleading advertising, I would not have to pay 210 euros more, what I did to become a member "dine around". I was very disappointed by the 3 treatments: 1- access to hot tub: very nice but we could not stay more than 30min and it goes very quickly because there are many different swirls to try. So not enough time to really enjoy it. 2- access to the hot tub: nice too but no music or relaxing scents so not extra-ordinary. 3- 25min massage: I arrived 10min in advance, I was not offered tea or water, I was wet (out of the bath), and the massage happened in a room or air conditioning was thoroughly, it was very cold! I asked to stop it, the masseuse touched a button but it did not change anything. I shivered all the massage, impossible to relax so, and it was more an application of cream than a real massage (and the cream was not special either, she felt nothing). No music or special scents either. I was expecting more professional care considering the rest of my stay ... and I'm not likely to complain, I'm pretty easy, but then I ran to the sauna after the massage to warm me up snapped teeth! I suddenly regretted having paid 210euros more for that.

Board type

Delicious! And very attentive to my restrictions (gluten free), I was entitled to my special bread without gluten delicious! all the restaurants were really good. I did not understand why the bottles of water were paying! if I called from my room to ask for something to pay, the trick was to fill my bag of bottles during my lunch and bring them back to my room if I wanted it to be free. I find it a little weak, considering the price we pay for the stay, especially for water ...!

Wellness area

the pools in the hotel were perfect, the sauna and steam room were very nice (I was all alone every time it's great) the treatments were unfortunately disappointing.
