Hotel Karos Spa

The sauna towels are thin towels (sheets) and the towels are not much stronger. The hand and shower towels in the room are ok.

The constant sprinkling through music, not to our liking, from the hotel entrance over lobby, room corridors, bath area, outside and inside was annoying and not very relaxing. Our room was always well maintained. However, why in a double room only one chair is possible, because it is "design", does not open us. We would have liked to have a nice time together!

We have always found a helpful, friendly staff, so probably for the room service, in the restaurant and especially in the spa area.

The applications within our booked package were conscientiously carried out and were perfectly fine. Unfortunately it came again and again to the attempt to prescribe the guest without previous explanation further, fee-paying treatments. We resisted that.

With the food we were completely satisfied, although not always available for the late guests. Presentation and taste were good!

The atmosphere in the spa department we found very pleasant. The treatment plan was adhered to, also useful for relaxation.

We were lucky that the hotel was occupied about a quarter of its capacity during business days and as a result we were able to take full advantage of all the facilities. Hotel clean, staff to listen, it must still have some English or German to interact with different professionals.

The infrastrure pools and spa area makes it possible to enjoy fully as well for those who want to swim, bask in the water or on a deck chair. The saunas are also a space that allows you to relax. Only downside, one sauna without swimsuit and 3 with. Users enter the saunas with bathing suits without taking a shower, plunge the cold water bath still without a shower and go to the pools.
