Location, room, ambience, food, wellness offer simply great, room nice and cozy

Effortful staff, nurses and doctor speak good German

Wellness area is not quite as nice as the hotel, but the cozy system works well

I would not book the detox program again. The honey massage can also be booked separately and the rest was nothing special. The designated "daily drink with young barley and cocktail of fresh vegetables or fruit" was either a green juice from the vending machine or tomato juice. There was nothing fresh or special for this program, as it was available to all guests. I expected more from a 5* hotel. Thai massage is recommendable and the mud bath was also good.

Unfortunately very small sauna area, no extra relaxation room and only wooden loungers or chairs make it difficult to relax.

The room was large, nice to look at and everything was sufficiently available. German TV channels are somewhat rare. We missed ZDF, for example. :) Since it was dark to medium dark outside, I would have liked to have MORE LIGHT in the public areas of the hotel. The corridors are sparsely lit and the dining room could have been brighter. I have to say: I'm not the posh type who likes subdued lighting. I like it bright! :-) So it's absolutely subjective, also reinforced by the gloom outside. Nonetheless, I'm thrilled and would go again in a heartbeat - but not at this gloomy time of year.

It's unbelievable how friendly all the employees are. Exemplary!

Everything was fine, but of course there's always something missing. I wish there were one or two active courses like aqua jogging or aqua gymnastics or a walking group or gymnastics or similar. But that's whining at the very highest level! :-)

Oh, the food!!! A dream from morning to night! We love vegetables and vegetables and vegetables, and not in the form of asparagus tips with parsley, but lots of vegetables! There were at least 4-6 different vegetables, perfectly prepared, every day of our week, both at lunchtime and in the evening. We indulged in a delicious selection of meat and fish every day! Awesome! We hardly ever used dessert, but there was always a fruit plate at the end. So: enjoyment and health from 1 buffet!

Cleanliness is not an issue at all: everything is spotless! The therapeutic spa department is perfectly equipped, no waiting times, everything works. Friendly therapists. Pool is nice, when the hotel is full like now over Christmas it gets crowded. The sauna is a bit small for the large hotel and the gym is unbeatable. There are no therapists, but you don't need that on vacation.
