With its healing therapies, the Hotel Lidia offers a real respite from everyday life and illness. The spa is elegant and inviting with beautiful soothing music. The staff - both therapists and service - are very quick, very attentive, helpful and friendly as well as quick and competent. I was physically very unwell (shortness of breath, pain in my body, exhaustion, weakness). Thanks to the stay by the sea, the therapeutic treatments (two weeks of daily aqua aerobics, inhalation, mud packs, massage) and the very good food, I was able to recover well and recharge my batteries. My breathing and weakness improved a lot. Before the healing therapy, I could barely walk 20 steps, hardly move, couldn't bend down and couldn't put on my own socks, shoes and trousers. After two weeks of healing therapy, I was able to do all this myself again - without any lack of air - and my walking radius increased to a two-kilometre walk on the beach, shopping or sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner were a delight in terms of choice and quality. The hotel is elegant, cozy, inviting with different areas to hang out. The proximity to the beach is a great help - this encourages you to make the journey to walk on the beach and experience the sea. The room was spacious, welcoming, clean and had a fridge and kettle. The shower was very large and comfortable for those in pain. There are very good shopping facilities in Koszalin and beautiful excursion destinations with a fine sandy beach and harbor with pirate ships for the weekend (Dabki, Mielno, Ustka).

The room was clean and the room service was great. The dinner could be more varied. The breakfast has a good selection. In the wet area there are deficits Sauna only open from 1 to 4 pm and is small, the steam bath was out of order all the time and the outdoor whirlpool was also out of order at times. The pool attendant only has eyes for his mobile phone and is unfriendly. The massages and treatments are great, punctual and in a nice atmosphere. I personally won't be going there again for a spa treatment.

I have a lot of energy again and am much more mobile after the great massages and treatments. My room had a cozy decor with a balcony and the food was very varied and tasty.
