The lobby is elegant and spacious with several different seating areas. Thoughtful planning, beautiful ambience, spotlessly clean. This also applies to the spa and swimming pool. The reception is very attentive and helpful and speaks good German and English. There are numerous guarded parking spaces. The room was on the 1st floor in the wing without elevator, but deliberately chosen to extend the "training program" by the stairs - 21 steps.

The staff and therapists are very attentive and helpful, very quick, very competent.

Competent. Friendly. Helpful. All. Psammek (spelling ?) is a very special therapist. He was able to treat a painfully twisted knee in just two days, making it pain-free and able to move and bear weight again.

The breakfast buffet was 30 meters long with three different egg varieties, pancakes, a large selection of cold meats and cheeses, plus cereals, fruit, rolls, bread, coffee, cocoa and tea. For dinner there were three different hot dishes with side dishes, vegetables, salad or cold evening bread with bread, sausage and cheese. Everything was fresh, of good quality and taste. Very nicely presented. Dirty dishes were cleared away immediately.

Elegant, calming ambience with relaxing music, cozy waiting areas, helpful therapeutic treatments. Two swimming pools with different water temperatures. Treadmill, bicycle, small library are also available.

The hotel is making an effort, at the moment the facade is being renovated, but that also means construction noise from 7 o'clock in the morning, hammering and hammering.

Service was good everywhere except the pool attendant and at the lobby bar the service takes a while.

Breakfast top dinner could be more varied. On the weekends there are short breaks because it is full and noisy.

Spabereich top pool area well steam bath defective, sauna only open 3 hours a day, the other time to rent for an extra charge (does not work) on weekends totally crowded. Outdoor whirlpool open from 4 to 10 pm partly closed.

Hotel is very close to the beach.

A cozy spa hotel with very friendly staff. In the lobby were thick leather cushions that invited you to linger. Everything kept very clean. The hotel is a few meters from the beach.

The buffet is very extensive and tasty, everything is fresh. Food is also replenished. There are full meals, but also something for vegetarians.

The swimming pool makes a very clean and tidy impression. There are always clean towels available for use. During my treatments, the staff was always polite and courteous.
