Excellent location at the park; Franzensbad offers many opportunities - very nice parks. Hotel in the "old" style - that's what we wanted. Service o.k.

The hotel is not super modern, but breathes spa history. Everything was clean and tasteful. Partial renovation would be required.

The German speaking staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very good.

Competent staff, friendly and helpful. The treatments, prescribed by the doctor, are well chosen and can be dosed on request. The paths to the application rooms are short.

Breakfast buffet is very good. Dinner is delivered from outside and was z.T. Cold as well as the plates. Since the 3-course menu was served, it was a bit too fast. But the live Accordeon music in the dining room was very nice.

There is nothing to complain about facilities, cleanliness and possibilities. The heated whirlpool is - just like in Germany - always overcrowded by spa guests who like that ....

Nice clean room. Unfortunately, an old TV. Nice location right on the park.

Salad did not look fresh anymore and the dessert was mostly canned. Too little fresh fruit. Menüauswal was satisfying, there is nothing more to say.
