Everything in the hotel was very good - rooms, staff, service, treatments and the food. We felt very comfortable.

All the staff were very friendly and competent.

The treatments were very good, the program was very varied and you could relax and unwind.

Extremely clean, well-kept rooms

Hotel Imperial is the best hotel on the square. Ambience is very noble. One feels transported to another time. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic in a park with old trees. Very quiet and wonderfully relaxing for stress sufferers. Whether at the lobby, in the restaurant or in the application area - everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful.

Friendliness is written in capital letters at the Hotel Imperial. Service is excellent.

On 3 days a week in the evening rich buffet, on the remaining days you can choose between 3 menus. With full board lunch even richer than dinner. Breakfast in buffet form; coffee or tea is brought to the table, which we like very much. On Sundays there is sparkling wine with breakfast.

Therapeutic spa department newly renovated. Excellent physiotherapists. Moor pack made of natural moor directly on the skin (not in foil as with fango).

The location, directly on the park, beautiful. The architecture, outside, as inside... just great class. Very clean and in good condition.

I found the doctor a bit strange, either she didn't know German well or she doesn't really take patients seriously. I have some traumas that make my muscle tissue very tense. She completely ignored that. I told her that I eat very healthy at home. Nevertheless, she said that I was living badly and that I should eat an antisclerotic diet! Well, she prescribed everything that was and is good for me. The nurses were all very kind. Viktoria, both aqua-gymnastics, and special physiothrapy were very effective and testify to competence, the massage in the first days, was not special, without much flair, without much desire to do something good. Just a 08/15 treatment. However, then I had Jindra, who treated my muscles wonderfully with a lot of knowledge and feeling. Her competence is very great, she has a lot of intuition and acts very individually.

The taste was very good in the first days. After that it was often not good, very fatty, very meaty, fresh vegetables would have been good. Good meat , less is more, meat and fish did not have good quality. However, the breakfast was quite good. Except for the ,extra sprinkled with powdered sugar , croissants, that could also be omitted. The juices all of poor quality, extremely sweet, , have only drunk water. The coffee could have been much better. The coffee I drank from time to time in the bar was worlds better. So a balanced , healthy diet looks different. I can not recommend the food. Would next time, only take the breakfast. Then I would but not come in winter because there were not so many restaurants that are open at this time. Also, it was very overheated in the guest room. And also in the hallways.

The therapeutic spa department , with their treatments, just great class. Especially for me, the physiotherapist Viktoria and the masseuse Jindra, was very, very good and helpful. Also the other treatments, very good. The swimming pool, which I had mostly to myself, was very pleasant. The sauna, is functional, but not beautiful. I found it a pity that the swimming pool opens so late on weekends. The temperature in the treatment rooms was too low.

Historical hotel with beautiful flair directly at the spa park. Directly from the terrace you can see the squirrels. Very well renovated, expensive and lovingly furnished, wonderfully clean.

The staff is very friendly and speaks mostly very good German. Only the restaurant times must be strictly adhered to, otherwise you will be reprimanded.

You never had to wait longer for treatments. Everything was very well organized. I had only massage, pearl bath, kerosene for hands and pedicure. Everything was done very well. Staff is friendly and very competent.

Large selection at the buffet - taste good to very good. The one exclusive dinner that you can choose from an offer was very good.

Everything top clean, large pool, therapeutic spa department huge and everything accessible at ground level. Very good staff with experience. It was also no problem to book treatments.
