Welcome drink and offered free bottle of wine and mineral water on arrival was forgotten. We would have to indicate it ourselves.

The hotel is centrally located directly on the spa gardens with a view of the spa colonnades, sunny and with a view (depending on the room location) of the fountains, which are not yet in operation in winter/spring, of course, but are nicely dressed up with winter lighting for a beautiful visual impression. Lobby looks very chic with chandeliers and in terms of cleanliness there is truly nothing to criticize.

The service at the reception was very friendly and customer-oriented and perfectly German-speaking. All important information was again handed out in German and everything went quickly. Information about the parking garage just around the corner was also given as directions.

We did not have any treatments.

Food (breakfast) was varied, was constantly replenished, so that nothing was out if you came later and varied daily, were always freshly prepared and not overcooked. Vegans were also catered for. Even lovingly decorated with patterns cappuccino was brought to our table several times on request.

We only used the pool, which was very small and totally crowded in the afternoon and very noisy due to screaming children and babies, but visually very Italian-Roman to feel good and spread vacation feeling.
