Hotel Lambert Medical Spa is located in the heart of the therapy district directly on the beach promenade and is connected to the older building section (formerly Villa Lambert) by a joint reception.
Location & Surroundings
Ustronie Morskie (Henkenhagen), about 12 km east of Kolberg, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Amber Coast and offers a lively atmosphere especially in summer with restaurants and shops. The mild maritime climate with high iodine and aerosol content is excellent for walks along the coast (partly with steep and cliff coast) with a wide, fine sandy beach. It positively affects the respiratory system and well-being, making a holiday on the Baltic Sea so attractive for health-conscious individuals, those seeking relaxation, and families.
Food & Drinks
The Hotel Restaurant Lambert invites you on a culinary journey. The head chef prepares fresh Polish and regional dishes in a modern style daily. Savour Mediterranean dishes and explore the world of molecular cuisine. Enjoy buffets in the morning and evening, and a three-course menu at lunch. An à la carte restaurant is also available. Vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options are available for a fee, as well as diets with five meals a day, e.g., detox vegetable-fruit diet, fasting diet, and slimming diet with approx. 1,200 kcal (for a fee). Lobby Bar & Orangeria Cafe - all baked goods are made by traditional pastry chefs without artificial additives. Rooftop terrace, Beach Bar (seasonal) on the hotel's own beach terrace.
Spa & Wellness
Indoor pool (daily from about 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., approximately 12x6 m, about 30°C) featuring a counter-current system and waterfall shower, children's pool (about 3x3 m), whirlpool, relaxation lounge, small sauna, fitness equipment. Wellness area with sauna area (about 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.): infrared, dry, aroma, steam, and herbal saunas, amber grotto with heated loungers, inhalation chamber, ice fountain, Kneipp pool, tepidarium. Salt grotto approx. €6 (approx. UK £5 / USD $6) (from about 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
Health & Treatments
Therapy area with German-speaking therapists. Doctors are available on-site. Treatments such as classic partial massage, lymphatic drainage, peat packs, iontophoresis, inhalation, laser therapy, individual gymnastics, and group gymnastics.
Indications: musculoskeletal disorders, herniated discs, respiratory diseases, osteoarthritis, and back problems.
Treatments utilise natural remedies and resources from the region such as peat, sea salt, and amber.
A unique feature of the region is the sea aerosol present in the air, which is particularly therapeutic for respiratory diseases. The most favourable conditions for inhalation are in the morning and evening on the beach when the sea breeze blows. The iodine content in the air ranges from 0.75 to 2.53 micrograms/mm³, one of the highest under marine climatic conditions on the European continent.
Another very important bioclimatic factor is the plant communities (coastal pine forest complex, beech parks).
Leisure
Daily entertainment programme (seasonal). The area is ideal for cycling (bicycle rental for a fee), hiking, walking, Nordic walking (for a fee), horse riding, golfing, tennis, and more. Night Club. Also, excursions to Bornholm and Gdansk including English-speaking tour guides are available. For children: playrooms and playground, children's entertainment (from 3 years, depending on the offer from approx. €12/day). Workshops for children and special entertainment (approx. €6/day).

The location of my room, the noise level and the housekeeping on the floor reduced the expected relaxing effect. The carpet on the floor was very stained, which probably could not be removed by cleaning.
