Your Path to Desired Weight - The Successful Weight Loss Programme.

This programme combines expertise and years of experience in weight loss programmes with the latest findings of the Volumetrics method. The Volumetrics method achieves weight loss by consuming well-flavoured foods with low energy density that contain a lot of fluid. At the beginning of the stay, a metabolic and bioimpedance measurement is conducted using the latest measuring techniques, providing detailed and substantiated weight-related metrics. To give your body time to regenerate and recharge, the Slim-Down Programme includes a varied fitness regime as well as relaxation elements.
