Your Hotel

The Park Hotel KUR & SPA is quietly located in the center on the edge of the spa park, near the resort. The half-timbered building dates from 1905 and exudes its own unique charm.

Location & Surroundings

Bad Flinsberg is a romantic town and has been a recognized spa since the 17th century, known for its natural remedies of radon, mud and mineral springs, as well as its moderately stimulating climate.

Dining & Leisure

Morning and evening buffet. Polish and international cuisine. Also vegetarian or diet food e.g. for diabetics. Bar, barbecue area, smoking area.

Wellness & Spa

Indoor pool (approx. 4 x 8 m, approx. 29°C), whirlpool, sauna (approx. 16-21 hrs), gym and fitness room, sun loungers on the sun terrace, garden. Wellness and Ayurvedic treatments.

Health & Treatments

Modern spa department (Mon.- Fri., approx. 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and by appointment) for mud and radon treatments. Mud baths and mud packs, radon baths and inhalations, other baths (carbonic, galvanic, four-cell, Kneipp, iodine-bromine), massages, laser, magnetic, oxygen, cryo- and hydrotherapy, diadynamics, inhalations, ultrasound, ionophoresis, galvanization, Sollux lamp, curative and water gymnastics, Medy Jet (water bed massage). German speaking doctor. Mineral water thearpy in the spa center. Ask your health insurance company for a short subsidy.

Indications Diseases of the musculoskeletal system, circulation, respiratory system and metabolic disorders such as rheumatic complaints, inflammation of the joints, Bechterew's disease, chronic inflammatory conditions (tennis elbow, sciatica), neurological diseases, migraine, asthma.

Contraindications: febrile conditions, infections, psychoses, thromboses, need of care, intestinal and urinary incontinence.

Friendly care by the staff in all areas, very good quality half board. First-class treatment, appointments were consistently kept. Rooms simple but for the price quite ok.
