Your Spa Hotel

Adults Only Hotel (ages 16 and up). Park Hotel Therapy & SPA is quietly located in the centre at the edge of the therapy park, near the therapy house. The half-timbered building dates back to 1905 and exudes its own unique charm.

Your Spa Resort

Bad Flinsberg is a romantic town and has been a recognized spa resort since the 17th century, known for its natural remedies radon, peat, and mineral springs as well as its moderate stimulating climate.

Dining & Leisure

Breakfast buffet. Dinner is served as a 4-course menu (starter, soup, choice of main course, dessert) at the table. Polish and international cuisine. Vegetarian or dietary meals, e.g., for diabetics, available. Bar, barbecue area, smoking area.

Wellness & Spa

Indoor pool (approx. 4 x 8 m, approx. 29°C), whirlpool, sauna (approx. 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.), gymnastics and fitness room, sun loungers on the sun terrace, garden. Wellness and Ayurveda treatments.

Health & Treatments

Modern therapy department (Mon.-Fri., approx. 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and by appointment) for mud and radon treatments. Mud baths and mud packs, radon baths and inhalations, other baths (carbonic, galvanic, four-cell, Kneipp, iodine-bromine), massages, laser, magnetic, oxygen, cryo, and hydrotherapy, diadynamics, inhalations, ultrasound, iontophoresis, galvanisation, Sollux lamp, therapeutic and water gymnastics, Medy Jet (water bed massage). Recommended for musculoskeletal, circulatory, respiratory diseases and metabolic disorders such as rheumatic complaints, joint inflammations, ankylosing spondylitis, chronic inflammatory conditions (tennis elbow, sciatica), neurological diseases, migraine, asthma.

Contraindications: febrile conditions, infections, psychoses, thromboses, need for nursing care, bowel and urinary incontinence.

Friendly care by the staff in all areas, very good quality half board. First-class treatment, appointments were consistently kept. Rooms simple but for the price quite ok.
