‘All around a successful wellness vacation’
From the first minute we felt well cared for. There was quite an outstanding range of spa treatments and the service in Cosmetics was just as good. The ambiance of the entire hotel has convinced us and despite the size of the house, we did not feel like we were "one guest of many". The service team displayed exemplary care in all areas.
Hotel in general
Very competent and friendly staff await the guests at reception. The first impression is very good, it is clean, bright and clearly arranged. You can find it easily.
Service and hospitality
Every employee tries to do everything to make guests feel comfortable. The service always comes across as having the best organisation and feasability and no stress, - even if the guest is exhausting.
It is a true professional kitchen team at work, both selection and arrangement of the food and of course the taste.
Spa, treatment and pool area
The indoor pool with its wonderful atmosphere leaves nothing to be desired, as is the spa. A small drawback of the relaxation area of the sauna is that the size in relation to the sauna is really small and only had 4 chairs. Everything was always very clean and well maintained.
Treatments and programmes
The range of products was more than enough for everyone. The staff are friendly and kompetet. You feel relaxed and pampered.
Why should guests choose this hotel?
Really earns the name of a "wellness holiday" in a very large but incredibly well-run house. Felt comfotable from the first minute.
