In honour of its Green Globe certification, the resort undertakes eco-friendly initiatives to minimise food waste. This is achieved through live cooking and collecting waste oil from the kitchen for recycling into biofuel. All meals are prepared using fresh produce from the hotel's own garden, and leftovers are composted to beautify the landscape. The restaurants and bars all use biodegradable takeaway boxes and cutlery.
