Day 1: Transfer to Summerhill House in Kathmandu, 1 Night/Bed & Breakfast.
Day 2: Scenic Overland Journey (air-conditioned, approx. 5 Hours) from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Drive to Phedi (approx. 45 Min.). Phedi is a small village near Pokhara in central Nepal. It is one of the starting or ending points of the trekking route to Annapurna Sanctuary. Then approx. 3 Hours of Hiking to Dhampus. 6 Nights/Full Board in Lodges.
Day 3-6: Daily approx. 3-5 Hours of Guided Hiking - to Landrung, Ghandrung, Tadapani, Ghorepani
Day 7: Morning Excursion to Poonhill, followed by a Hike (approx. 6 Hours) to Tirkhedhunga.

Day 1: Welcome at the airport with the traditional "Khada" (a silk scarf blessed by a Buddhist monk). Transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu, 3 nights with breakfast.
Day 2: Morning visit to the splendid old town of Kathmandu with its picturesque market (including pearls, bangles, spices). In the afternoon, visit Nepal's largest stupa, "Bodhnath", also known as "Little Tibet". Then, proceed to the most sacred of all Hindu shrines in Nepal, "Pashupatinath". In the evening, Arati ceremony on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River.
Day 3: Walk to the twin villages of Bungamati and Kokhana from the 16th century, just outside Kathmandu. In the afternoon, visit Lalitpur, the city of beautiful arts. Lalitpur, also known as Patan, is renowned for its intricately carved temples, narrow alleys, and picturesque shops.
Days 4-5: Journey to the southern jungles of Nepal for an unforgettable wilderness experience including elephant-back safaris, nature walks, crocodile spotting, and more – encounters with the spotted Himalayan leopards or the Royal Bengal tigers are possible. One evening, slide show on Nepal's flora and fauna or a stick dance by the Tharu tribe. 2 nights with full board in lodges.
Day 6: Scenic overland drive to Pokhara, known for its snow-capped mountains, lush green vegetation, and spring-fed lakes. Boat transfer to Begnas Lake Resort (approx. 25 min) for 5 nights with full board.
Days 7-10: Begin your Ayurvedic retreat for a healthier and younger self. Doctor consultations, Ayurvedic treatments/massages, twice daily Yoga/Meditation as per individual treatment plan. In your free time, explore the surrounding hills with their ethnic mountain tribe villages, organic farms, and the village school supported by the resort, or go hiking. One of the days includes a guided city tour of Pokhara for the main tourist attractions. Ayurvedic cooking classes available on request.
Day 11: Transfer to Bhaktapur - UNESCO World Heritage Site, enchanting city tour with temples and shrines. 1 night/BB.
Day 12: Transfer to the airport.
