There were many options for yoga but unfortunately very repetitive classes. All in all, it was too mechanical and too esoteric. The Ayurveda spa treatments were great. The team was very friendly.

The food was delicious, but it was in the style of a canteen and had nothing to do with a restaurant! Very basic and uncomfortable. ... in addition: you had to queue for a long time to eat and if you were unlucky, you had to wait again until "replenishment" came... it was all kind of stressful.

The treatments were carried out professionally and carefully, and I was able to develop spiritually and physically. The food was wholesome, filling, organic and regional. Two meals were absolutely sufficient for me. The offers were mostly well organized and I was positively surprised by the variety. I found the help in the form of karma yoga in the association to be okay, I cleaned my room myself. I can only rate the organization and communication during my trip positively. Guests and staff were open, polite and friendly. I would love to come back!

There was a lot on offer. I think there was something for everyone. Yoga in all its facets was represented.
