Fitness & Courses

The fitness and Pilates studio, along with two yoga pavilions, complete the offerings, creating a space where tranquility, healing, and sustainable relaxation are truly experienced. Weekly schedule includes about 3-4 sessions daily, each lasting approximately 60-75 minutes, such as Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama breathing exercises and meditation, circuit training in the fitness studio or in the pool, Pilates, and endurance training.

Free Time

The renowned Tegalalang Rice Terraces are located approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotel. The area is also ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rowing, or rafting. Within the gardens of the COMO Shambala Estate, there is an ancient spring with rejuvenating sacred water, just steps away from the Ayung River. Here, you can participate in a guided water spring blessing ceremony (available for a fee). The hotel also offers cooking classes (available for a fee).
