Hotel Zywiecki Medical Spa & Sport

The hotel is modern and very clean. The different areas were very easy to find. Very positive, the offer of mineral water, coffee and tea, which was replenished daily. The cleaning staff did a great job and the ladies at reception were all very helpful and well dressed. You can feel that the hotel makes the stay of its guests very pleasant.

The ladies from reception and cleaning as well as gastronomy and especially the ladies in the spa area were all very friendly and helpful. Which we gladly rewarded with tips.

The staff were very friendly and competent. The treatments were very relaxing. We had a great feeling of health after the treatment and were able to relax with a drink or dessert. Simply great!

We would particularly like to praise the very hospitable opening hours of the restaurant. You could have breakfast in peace in the morning. The selection was great, there was something for everyone and the presentation was very appealing. We would particularly like to praise the fact that guests on half board could choose their own starter, main course and dessert from the entire menu with a large selection. The food was served very attractively and tasted great. The staff were extremely polite and gave very good advice. They were very attentive to the guest's wishes. Guests were also offered a variety of free coffee and tea drinks throughout the day.

The very clean spa area had a particularly nice ambience and coziness. The pool and sauna were also very clean. The opening hours were completely sufficient.
