The scenic beauty of Nepal - pure balm for the soul.

Day 1: Kathmandu

Reception at the airport and car transfer to the hotel (spend 2 nights here). In the afternoon, explore the old town of Kathmandu (a UNESCO cultural monument) with its colourful bazaars, impressive temples, palaces, and sanctuaries. Continue to the world-famous Buddhist temple complex Swoyambhunath.

Day 2: Bhaktapur - Patan - Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur - "City of Artists and Craftsmen" - in the Kathmandu Valley, about 14 km east of Kathmandu. Visit, among others, Durbar Square with the Golden Gate, the "Palace of 55 Windows", and temples Batsala and Nyatapola. In the afternoon, continue to the royal city of Patan - "City of Beauty" (a UNESCO cultural monument) with countless sacred buildings.

Days 3 & 4: Kathmandu - Chitwan

Drive on the Panorama Mountain Highway to Chitwan National Park (approx. 5 hrs). Here, enjoy an elephant ride, a guided jungle walk, a visit to a typical Tharu village, and bird watching. Stay 2 nights in Chitwan with full board.

Day 5: Chitwan

Continue along the fascinating mountain road to Pokhara and transfer to Begnas Lake Resort for your subsequent stay.
