Are there any recommendations for travel health essentials?
A first aid kit belongs in every bag! Please take care the time to make sure you bring all the necessary medicines. The NHS recommendations for Travel Health Essentials can be found here.

If you are going to the South/ South-East Asia, then ask your GP about recomended vaccinations. No vaccines are compulsory if you travel to India or Sri Lanka, however it is worth asking about vaccines against malaria and hepatitis.

If you are going to take any kind of cure on holiday (e.g. ayurvedic treatment, treatment by the Dead Sea, medical wellness, therapeutic fasting), then please consult with your doctor first to ensure that this treatment is suitable for you.
