How and when will I receive my travel documents?
The documents will be sent directly on receipt of payment for last minute bookings. For bookings made more than 30 days before departure you will be sent your travel documents after receipt of the final payment, around 10 days before departure.

What should I do if my documents do not arrive on time?
If it is one week before the trip and you have not received the travel documents, please contact our customer service and they will determine whether the payment has been received and explain why the documents have not been sent.

What information / documents do I need for arrival?
 You will be sent a travel voucher to present to the hotel, which is a document that obliges SpaDreams to pay for the services listed. You might receive separate travel vouchers if you have booked a transfer. The hotel will also require your name and ID (passport). Please check entry requirements before you go abroad.
