☀ Baltic Beach Hotel & Spa is hidden in the dunes and lush pine trees, with direct access to the private beach club. Not far from the hotel are several restaurants, and stores, as well as cultural and recreational centers. The hotel has the only certified medical SPA center in Latvia. Its uniqueness lies in the ability to combine the long history of spa treatment traditions with the latest medical and SPA technologies.

How You Reside

The hotel has 165 modern non-smoking rooms. Classic rooms (approx. 15-25)  are located on the first floor and 1st floor with park or courtyard view, bathtub/WC, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, minibar (extra charge), safe, coffee/tea set, air conditioning/heating (in winter), bathrobe and slippers, iron and ironing board and WiFi. Deluxe rooms (approx. 22-28 sqm) with balcony and park view.

Dining & Leisure

Baltic Beach has 5 restaurants with terraces and sea view. The "il Sole" with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea offers a rich breakfast buffet and in the evening delicious, authentic Italian dishes are served. On weekends, fish lovers will get their money's worth at the "VIEW Restaurant - Seafood & Grill". Mainly regional and seasonal products are used. The "Seafood & Oyster Terrace"  spoils its guests with fresh oysters, mussels, light salads and exquisite drinks from Wednesdays to Sundays. The "Beach Bar & Grill" serves premium burgers, shish kebabs, salads and seafood on weekends . A selection of  popular desserts, cakes and chocolates are served in the "Turtle Lounge". The culinary offer is rounded off by the private "Baltic Beach Club", which invites you to enjoy a delicious cocktail.

Wellness & Spa

The wide range of SPA center services includes more than 300 wellness and beauty treatments. The Banya offers real Russian sauna atmosphere for lovers  of old traditions (Mon.-Sun. from 9:00-21:00 with prior notice). 2 medicinal baths and 4 medicinal pools provide health and immune system improvement. The Garden (Mon.-Sun. from 9:00-21:00 with prior notice) features a swimming pool with counter-current, underwater massages, waterfall, whirlpool, Impressions shower to relieve stress and relax, Kneipp therapy contrast bath, hamam, steam room and 2 saunas. Sea Wellness  ( Monday-Sunday 8:00-22:00) with 25 m swimming pool with heated sea water from the Baltic Sea, 8 massage stations, underwater massage shells, 3 meter high waterfalls, aqua trampoline, whirlpool,  Roman mineral sauna, Himalayan salt sauna, cedar bath and children's pool. (For a fee).

Health & Treatments

Therapy area: The emphasis is on medical rehabilitation. Each rehabilitation program, developed with the utmost care, provides for the elaboration of an individual rehabilitation plan for each patient, which includes therapeutic gymnastics, individual or group training in a gym or swimming pool, physiotherapeutic procedures (hydrotherapy and heat therapy procedures, electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, magnetotherapy and laser therapy), a wide range of therapeutic massages, halotherapy (salt chamber), aerotherapy and Nordic walking training. A wide range of therapeutic baths and mud and underwater massages are also offered. All procedures and therapies included in the rehabilitation programs are aimed at preventing disease-related complications, improving physical strength and mental-emotional state, and restoring working capacity.

Fitness & Courses

Fitness center with modern strength and cardio equipment, courses: yoga, Pilates, Thai Chi, Powercross and many others. Personal trainer and Pilates studio (exercises with Pilates equipment) for a fee.
