Located in a picturesque area not far from the city of Aizpute and 175 kilometers, about a two-hour drive from Riga, Via Vitalité stands as an exceptional all-inclusive retreat - a perfect place for weight management and your wellbeing. Nestled on a beautifully landscaped property of approximately 180 hectares, guests enjoy a retreat from the outside world. The seclusion and tranquility allow finding oneself, a healthy body, and a clear mind.

Balanced nutrition without feeling hungry - 5 small meals (approx. 1,000 kcal/day) based on protein-rich foods such as meat and fish, sour milk products, eggs, and plenty of vegetables. The meals at Via Vitalité contain no salt, as well as no products with a high glycaemic index or high fat content. The dishes are freshly prepared according to prescription and served to the guest. Vegetarian and vegan meals are available upon request (for a fee of about €20/day, approx. UK £17 / USD $22). To support healthy eating and weight loss, no alcohol is served throughout the resort.

Wellness & Therapy area (open daily 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.) The spacious and modern wellness area features a 25-metre indoor pool, sauna, and solarium. The gym with personal training and a multifunctional hall are located in a separate building. All treatments are based on the method of Dr. Boris Alexandrov, in collaboration with specialists from France and Germany, and are carried out by a qualified team of therapists. Hydrotherapy, Charcot shower, magnesium bath, aqua gymnastics, sea salt and algae baths, classic massages, vacuum massage, massages with slimming pearls, head and foot massages, body wraps, anti-age rituals with dark chocolate. Beauty treatments such as facial and anti-aging treatments, peelings.

Knowledge of English is advantageous.

180 hectares of grounds for extensive Nordic walking tours, hikes, and active recreation. Facilities for football, basketball, and even fishing, as well as a leisure room with a library, are available. The property is home to several animals, such as horses and sheep, which further highlight the rural life. Horseback riding with a trainer is available upon request (for a fee of about €15/20 min. and approx. €30/30 min., approx. UK £13/USD $16 for 20 min. and approx. UK £26/USD $32 for 30 min.).
