Our body is exposed to certain pollutants every day. A distinction is made between two different types.
On the one hand, there are the external pollutants that we absorb through food or the environment. Medicines, molds in the home or also chemicals in the clothes are only some examples. Likewise fats or sugar count as well.
On the other hand, there are the internal toxins, which make themselves felt as slags. These are body waste products. Among them are uric acid, certain bacteria or even cholesterol.
Normally, the body is able to "dispose" of all these harmful substances on its own. However, it is also possible to support him in this process. Detox is thus not mandatory for medical reasons, but can have positive effects on your own body.
Furthermore, it may be assumed that not every body breaks down the slags equally well and thus the own support is required.
