Really enjoyed my 8 days at Long Vita. I stayed in a small bungalow in the grounds which was lovely and peaceful. There are also bedrooms in the main hotel, some with balconies overlooking the lake. Diets can be tailor-made to an individual’s health needs. But mainly the diets are fresh fruit and vegetables and juices. The spa area has a sauna, Infra red sauna, steam room, whirlpool and small swimming pool. The exercise classes are excellent and held in a lovely large exercise hall overlooking the lake. The instructors are very professional and also take the Nordic walking and morning walk.
