The Baltyk Sanatorium is located directly on the beach. If you book a room with a balcony, you have a fantastic view. If you book a room with a park view, you end up in Baltyk 2, which is an outbuilding and means a long walk to the dining room and reception. General cleanliness was ok. Only the room cleaning did not work at all. According to plan, the rooms should be cleaned 3 times a week. In fact, the room is vacuumed 3 times a week... According to the hotel, we guests simply have too high expectations, you could also clean the bathroom yourself. The city center is within approx. 30min walking distance. Otherwise there are many small stores and restaurants on the promenade. What is missing in this house are seating areas where you can sit together, e.g. play cards ect. This does not exist, we had to play cards in the cafe

The general interaction with the guests was ok. Only a few employees were particularly helpful or friendly.

We relaxed there, which was also due to the fact that there was no work around. I didn't notice any of the staff being particularly friendly or obliging. Unfortunately.

We enjoyed the food very much. A rich buffet for all 3 meals. Very large selection of salads, lots of fish. And always the delicious Polish soup. Syrup drinks from the vending machine were free for all guests, as were tea and coffee. AI guests also got free beer/wine/sparkling wine. No other non-alcoholic drinks with meals.

The therapeutic spa department is huge. Lots of different treatments. We were each given 3 different ones and these were every working day. Polish rehab is also carried out in the same building. These guests receive 5 treatments every weekday. I thought the swimming pool was great, we were able to swim for 1.5 hours every day free of charge.

The rooms are standard. In the bathroom are e.g. the shelf is properly fixed, the sink was very small. The wlan was the best in the lobby. Here, attention was paid to cleanliness. The environment is beautiful.

Friendly staff at the front desk, at times a bit overwhelmed. The service staff are attentive.

The doctor ever wrote us a treatment. As a result, we were no longer allowed to go to the salt cave. Since we only had "VP" was only after much discussion a drinking cure in one day possible. The inhalation in the graduation unit was not possible because access was blocked. For cosmetic facial consultation, we have found no contact person.

Very rich food and varied buffet. For coffee machines, another location would be an advantage.

Cameras are installed in the changing rooms, which makes you feel watched! The swimming pool was good, but very slippery despite bathing shoes.
