Rejuvenation & Relaxation from 7 therapy days: Ideal for holistic health prevention to regenerate cells and body tissue with treatments such as facial, head, foot, body massages (including synchronous), Shirodhara oil forehead pour, steam, herbal baths, and inhalations.

Ayurvedic Slimming Treatment or Stress Management (with Panchakarma) from 14 therapy days: Stress treatment or sustainable Ayurvedic slimming through a special diet and Yoga, and for example, with Panchakarma cleansing therapies like Nasya (nasal cleansing), Virechana (intestinal cleansing) or Vamana (therapeutic vomiting, from 21 nights), Snehana (internal or external oil application), Udvartana (scrub and powder massage), and Pinda Sveda (rice stamp treatment), Shirodhara (oil forehead pour), Shirovasthi (oil head treatment).

Immune System Boost from 14 therapy days: To activate natural defenses, improve digestion, and gentle cleansing. Classic Ayurveda treatment with Panchakarma and special treatments like inhalations, warm compresses, and special cleansing therapies (e.g., Kawalagraha, Gandusha), complemented by acupuncture and Ayurvedic medicine. Also suitable for Crohn's disease.

• Ayurvedic full board (vegetarian, occasionally chicken or fish)
• Herbal tea throughout the day (10 a.m. - 9 p.m.)
• Yoga (approximately 1-2 times daily) and meditation (approximately twice weekly)
• Participation in Ayurvedic lectures and cooking demonstrations as available (approximately once per week each)

• Classic Ayurveda therapy for one person:
• Consultation and pulse diagnosis with determination of doshas, supervised by the Ayurvedic doctor throughout the therapy
• Establishment of an individual treatment plan based on your dosha and chosen focus
• All Ayurvedic treatments (approximately 4-5 daily for about 2 hours) according to the treatment plan and focus

• Travel companion without Ayurveda therapy (second person)

• Use of the outdoor pool with loungers, bath towels, and sun protection, Wi-Fi (6 a.m.-10 p.m.)
• Participation in the entertainment programme (evenings, about 2-3 times a week) with folkloric shows, flute or oriental music
• Fruit basket upon arrival in the room
• Drinking water dispenser, use of thermos flasks
