Fango Treatments at Hotel Terme Bellavista
The fango used at the hotel is subject to quality controls of the O.T.P - Osservatorio Termale Permanente dell'Università di Padova which measures quality and maturity of fango. The structure and chemical content of the mature fango decide about its healing properties for muscle and joint problems such as inflammatory diseases.
Fango pack is applied for 15 min. and then the mud is removed with thermal water. For optimal effects the patient takes a thermal bath (36°-38° C) with ozone to simulate the circulation. After the so called "sweat reaction" phase the patient receives invigorating massage which completes the therapeutic fango session.
