According to Ayurvedic medicine, every individual has a unique constitution, known as Dosha, which is a combination of five elements: ether, air, water, fire, and earth. A person's well-being is enhanced when the components of their Dosha are in harmony. The three Doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The initial consultation at the start of the spa treatments is designed to identify your individual Dosha and determine the Ayurvedic essence that will accompany you during your wellness treatments.
