The Ayurveda team at Ayur on the Beach - Nattika comprises experienced Ayurvedic doctors and highly qualified therapists who focus on authentic, personalised treatments. The holistic Ayurveda therapies serve both prevention and healing of existing ailments, conducted according to the classic principles of Ayurveda. The Ayurveda Center features an Ayurvedic sauna and six treatment rooms that provide a tranquil and harmonious atmosphere for various therapies. At the start of each therapy, a comprehensive medical consultation is conducted where medical history is discussed, Ayurvedic examinations are performed, and questions about general health are asked. Based on this, the Ayurvedic doctor creates a personalised treatment plan, meticulously implemented and monitored throughout the stay by the Ayurveda doctors. An interpreter is available for consultations upon request (at a charge). The treatment offerings include classic Panchakarma therapies, detox programmes, rejuvenation therapies, stress reduction programmes, weight management, and specialised treatments for the spine and joints. Yoga and meditation accompany the therapy daily under professional guidance, enhancing the holistic effects of the Ayurveda treatments. All treatments and daily routines are designed to harmonise body, mind, and soul, significantly enhancing well-being.
