• Ayurvedic full board, herbal tea (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Initial consultation with an Ayurveda doctor including pulse diagnosis, determination of doshas, and creation of a personalised treatment plan, intermediate and final consultations
• Daily approx. 3 hours of prescribed Ayurvedic treatments
• 1x weekly Ayurvedic cooking workshop (subject to availability)
• Use of the outdoor pool
• From 7 nights: Transfer from/to Colombo Airport (pre-booking required)

Ayurvedic beauty care focuses on inner beauty and overall well-being of the body, with emphasis on hair, eye, or skin care, tailored by the Ayurveda doctor.

This programme is specifically designed for individuals with chronic conditions and those wishing to regain their life energy after a long illness. Expect more intensive, specific treatments, more medication, and closer monitoring and care by Ayurvedic doctors. The diet may also need to be stricter to support the healing of these conditions.
