The property is currently being renovated; once it's finished, it's sure to be a gem. The spotlights that shine on the hotel-and thus the rooms-at night are a bit of a nuisance.

They anticipate your every wish. The staff are extremely friendly. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra for the lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The staff was wonderful. They responded immediately to any request, and everyone was attentive to our needs. However, there were only three yoga classes a week for beginners, held on a hard stone floor with thin mats. I would have liked to use the beach for yoga and other activities, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. The hotel is truly wonderful for relaxing and exploring Sri Lanka, but it's not at all designed for a Panchakarma or Ayurveda retreat. I've completed Ayurveda retreats at neighboring hotels in recent years and can't draw any comparison to this hotel. Normally, there are cleansing days, guidance, instructions, and support-unfortunately, we didn't experience any of that here.

The food was amazing-it was freshly cooked, and there was something for everyone.

The view of the lake from the pool was breathtaking. It took a few minutes to walk to the spa, and the walk was 300 meters. At the spa, you'd have to spend a bit of money to really feel relaxed again. The therapists all do first-class work. Suranga and Susanti gave us amazing massages with wonderful oils-two hours every day.

The hotel is modern, well-maintained and inviting. The entire complex is very clean and well organized, making you feel at home from the very first moment. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, but also ideal for guests who want to take advantage of the many excursion options. A balanced combination of peace, relaxation and varied activities. Overall, the hotel gives a high-quality and professional impression.

Our room was always clean and tidy. We would particularly like to highlight our housekeeping employee Mitjko, who repeatedly conjured up creative figures out of bath towels for us - a loving and personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers a varied leisure and fitness program. The aqua aerobics classes and yoga with Kalpani deserve special mention - a big thank you for the great support! There is also a modern fitness studio with new equipment. The sauna area is very clean and invites you to relax. Beach volleyball is also available on site for a sporting change. The hotel also offers various creative healing therapies, which are great fun and provide variety. Everything is very well maintained, modern and ensures an all-round pleasant stay.

The staff were always very friendly and attentive and regularly asked if we needed anything else. We would particularly like to mention Kamal, who always spoiled us with fresh waffles during our stay - a small but much appreciated attention that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool area was very clean and well maintained. There was enough space for all guests so that you could swim or relax at any time. We really enjoyed our stay here.
