The resort's restaurant serves traditional, healthy Kerala cuisine featuring rice, vegetables, and fruits from organic farming. Meals are served buffet-style. Your individual meal plan, based on your constitution type, is continuously coordinated with your medical team during your therapy. Delicious fruit juices and Kerala snacks await you on the beach.

The resort features an Ayurveda Center, where great emphasis is placed on practicing only the original Ayurveda treatments, without the widely encountered modernizations. An experienced and qualified team of two female doctors, two male doctors, and 30 therapists ensures individual personal consultation and care. The doctors and therapists have extensive experience in dealing with the science of Ayurveda and its application. Naturally, the classic procedure of an Ayurveda therapy - from the preliminary examination through the constantly monitored individual treatment process to the final examination with success status - is meticulously carried out. The cleansing and rejuvenation therapies include all elements of a classic Panchakarma therapy: vitalization, regeneration, strengthening, and building of the immune system. At least 3 to 6 treatments are conducted daily, lasting a total of 2 to 2.5 hours. In addition to the treatments, professionally guided yoga and meditation contribute to a successful Ayurveda therapy.

From Kadappuram, there are numerous excursion opportunities: The temple sites of Trichur, Guruvayoor, and Kodungalur are 30 km away. You can cycle to the Sri Rama Temple. Memorable are the boat tours on the Canoly Canal, an extension of the Backwaters, as well as a visit to the Guruvayoor Elephant Camp, trips to Cochin and Calicut, and to the Athirampily-Vazhachal waterfalls.
