Welcome to Kalari Rasayana, a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation nestled along the Paravur Backwaters. Spanning 8 hectares and NABH-certified, this retreat is dedicated to the holistic healing of body and mind, adhering strictly to the traditional teachings of Ayurveda. Superficialities are intentionally set aside during the therapy. Guests are provided with simple cotton garments and can enhance their experience with an optional Digital Detox. As part of the CGH Earth Group, Kalari Rasayana places a strong emphasis on ecological and social sustainability. Kalari Rasayana is nestled in the heart of the Paravur Backwater of the former Venad Kingdom in Kerala and is a true haven of peace. The view of the gentle waves, watching fishermen on their daily rounds in boats, listening to the distant sound of the sea beyond the horizon, watching trains crossing the bridge over the backwaters, observing kingfishers, cormorants, mynahs and other birds that regularly visit, soaking up the warmth from the staff, and the joyful atmosphere of an open space create the ideal environment for your Ayurvedic therapy.

Nutrition is a key component of Ayurvedic treatment, hence only natural and organically grown ingredients are used in food preparation. Our culinary team ensures that the dishes are both delicious and medically beneficial, without compromising on quality and hygiene. Each meal, tailored to the guest's health condition and body type under the guidance of Vaidyas (Ayurvedic doctors), is served with love and care in our in-house restaurant with lake view.

Integrated Ayurveda Center with 11 traditional treatment rooms. The Ayurvedic treatments are carried out by a team of 5 Ayurveda doctors (one doctor available around the clock) and 35 therapists who are passionately committed to the cause of natural living as taught in traditional Ayurvedic texts. The Ayurvedic therapy, as prescribed by the Vaidyas (doctors), includes various treatments tailored to individual conditions, as well as accompanying detox processes such as the intake of Ghee, and also Ayurvedic medicine. Combined with Yoga, meditation, and Pranayama breathing techniques in the hotel's own yoga hall, this enables the perfect transition to enhanced health and vitality.

In line with the house's philosophy, no excursions are offered during the therapy. Variety is provided by Satsang (gathering) with lectures, dance, chanting, and relaxing walks by the lake.
