Maggona is a serene coastal town on the west coast of Sri Lanka, located about an hour and a half south of Colombo. Away from the main tourist streams, the town retains its original charm and invites you with its long sandy beaches, tropical vegetation, and the gentle sounds of the Indian Ocean for relaxing moments. Particularly from October to April, the sea is calm, facilitating extended beach walks and safe swimming. The atmosphere in Maggona is defined by tranquility and natural beauty. In the vicinity, you'll find small temples, traditional villages, and traces of authentic Sri Lankan daily life, which touches with its simplicity and warmth.

The restaurant is located directly on the beach, allowing you to enjoy your Ayurvedic meals with a sea view and the sound of the waves. Meals are prepared according to individual needs, freshly and always in close coordination with the attending Ayurvedic doctor.
